Getting Started with Counselling Relationships

You will also need to pay for the session via the PayPal links provided on this page. Or for online counselling you can also pay when you log on to the session with a credit card. Individual counselling will take an hour, and couples counselling is for an hour and a half.

This half-day one on one workshop is designed for you to explore your attachment patterns in relationships and your nervous system threat response to triggers, which are perpetuating a negative cycle within yourself and your relationships. This work facilitates greater insight, clarity, choice, and love in what you experience as conflict and struggle.

A deep therapeutic journey for individuals or couples. We spend a day face to face exploring different therapeutic modalities which facilitate deep transformational change.
This day is a cumulation of my life's work. The first half of the day is the Deep Dive process, the second half applies therapeutic tools offering integration through movement, collage, objects and relations therapy, family systems and more. Deep Immersion can also be spread over 2 half days.
